Who we are

What we collect

We collect only what you give us and what your browser sends automatically:

• Information you submit — name, email address, phone number, and any message you send through a contact or consultation form.
• Technical information — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected in ordinary server logs and analytics.
• Property search activity — if you save searches or favorite listings, we record those preferences so we can send you relevant properties.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers through this website. Do not send them to us by email.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, to send property information you asked for, and to operate and improve the site. If you become a client, we use your information to perform the real estate services you engaged us for.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business (email, CRM, analytics, transaction management), with the brokerage under which we are licensed, and where required by law or by the rules of the multiple listing service.

Calls and texts

If you provide a phone number and ask us to contact you, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us at that number, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time; that will not affect anything else you have asked us to do.

Listing information

Property listing information displayed on this site is provided under license and is subject to the rules of the originating multiple listing service. It is for consumers' personal, non-commercial use and may not be used for any purpose other than identifying prospective properties. It is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed accurate.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

Your California privacy rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to request that we delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
